Customer Satisfaction Survey 2012
We have just launched the Satisfaction Survey 2012 sent to the more than 160 client’s companies in which we have been providing services or implementing projects during the last 12 months. This standard procedure of our Quality Management System has as its purpose to know, year after year, the assessment our clients have concerning the professional services that we provide, what aspects are working well and which areas need to be improved.
The survey-questionnaire we have sent to our client’s community covers different blocks, each one of them referring to various aspects of interest for us: assessment as company, quality of our services, team of professionals, foresight and adaptation to changes, etc.
Soon, when the deadline for receiving replies and analysing them is over, we will share from this space the most relevant results.
