Stratesys – Customer Satisfaction Survey 2013 – High degree of satisfaction and quality perceived
Last December Stratesys launched the Customer Satisfaction Survey targeted at our clients in which we have delivered our services during the last year. The main objective of this periodical procedure of our Quality Management System is to learn how our clients evaluate our professional services.
In the last edition +90% of the assessed customers qualified our services as Excellent or Outstanding.
The main assessed areas obtained the following consolidated score (0-10):
- Quality of services: 7.71
- Professional Team: 8.53
- Flexibility and adaptation to changes: 7.73
- Recommended our services: 8.80
The most valued issues were:
- Level of dialogue / interlocution / accessibility with our company managers
- Commitment, professionalism, accuracy and sense of responsibility of our experts
- Cooperative attitude with the customer’s team
- Ability to respond when confronted with urgent and/or unexpected situations
- Knowledge and experience: technological / functional / business
