Stratesys has a methodology (strate amo: Application Management Outsourcing), allowing us to define and implement strong frameworks of support, maintenance and evolution of applications and IT systems for our clients.
Solution Support Center
We currently collaborate with more than 50 clients from our Solution Support Center delivering them highly reliable expert services in development , maintenance and support (AM Services) and carried out by an expert team of professionals under different models (remote, on-site, mixed), supported by rigorous quality controls and implemented efficiently (in reasonable terms of effort) and at a competitive cost. We basically provide AM services, specialized for each module or functionality, although we also deal with off-site and the development of new applications and functionalities regarding development projects and programming in our SAP Competence Center.
SAP Competence Center
Through our SAP Competence Center located in Armenia (Colombia) we have expanded our offering with the latest services and ‘software factory’ in offshore modality. With this center our capability to provide services to our new clients in the USA and in other Latin American countries has been strengthened.
