Technology is changing how work gets done and has attracted attention on the impact that Robotics, Automation and AI (RAAI) could have on employment.
The event, organized in collaboration with AsercopChina, Prosegur, Stratesys and Apollo Business Centre will host speakers with extensive experience in the international and Chinese business environment, who will share their insight into the transformative potential of technology and the challenges ahead.
Several issues will be tackled, with a focus on the impact of automation on human capital. Panelists will present their predictions on what opportunities RAAI creates, as well as the threats that it poses to the gobal labour force. After analyising real-life cases, they will offer their views on how to raise awareness among workers, and what governments and organisations can do in order to ensure a smooth transition of the current workforce into a increasingly digitlised and automated workplace.
