Customer Satisfaction Survey 2017

Last February Stratesys launched the Customer Satisfaction Survey targeted at our clients in which we have delivered our services during the last year. The main objective of this periodical procedure of our Quality Management System  is to learn how our clients evaluate our professional services.

In the last edition +82% of the assessed customers qualified our services as Excellent or Outstanding.

The main assessed areas obtained the following consolidated score (0-10):

  • Quality of services: 7.52
  • Professional Team: 8.24
  • Flexibility and adaptation to changes: 7.80
  • Global Assessment: 8.36

The most valued issues were:

  • Cooperative attitude with the customer’s team: 8.69
  • Commitment, professionalism, accuracy and sense of responsibility of our experts: 8.49
  • Ability to respond when confronted with urgent and/or unexpected situations: 8.37
  • Level of dialogue/interlocution with our partners and directors – accessibility and availability of the company managers: 8.26
  • Knowledge and experience: technological / functional / business: 8.08
