Last March Stratesys launched the Customer Satisfaction Survey targeted at our clients in which we have delivered our services during the last year. The main objective of this periodical procedure of our Quality Management System is to learn how our clients evaluate our professional services.
In the last edition 90% of the assessed customers qualified our services as Excellent or Outstanding, resulting in a global average of 8.36
The main assessed areas obtained the following consolidated score (0-10):
- Quality of services: 8.02
- Professional Team: 8.94
- Flexibility and adaptation to changes: 8.13
- Recommendation of our services to other companies: 8.90
The most valued issues were:
- Cooperative attitude with the customer’s team: 9.10
- Commitment, professionalism, accuracy and sense of responsibility of our experts: 9.10
- Knowledge and experience: technological / functional / business: 8.95
- Proximity and availability of our executives:8.90
- Understanding of your expectations, needs and priorities:8.62
Additionally, a remarkable finding of this survey is that 90% of our customers would strongly recommend our services.
